## 触发条件

- 任务触及敏感表面（认证、迁移、合约）
- 更改类型需要强制检查（测试/文档/性能）
- 团队希望在编码之前显式激活策略

## 工作流程

1. 从请求文本和文件范围提示中检测触发器。
2. 仅激活匹配的规则包。
3. 解释每个活动规则强制执行的内容。
4. 使用活动规则集推荐下一个命令。
