## 目的

在开始自主或多智能体执行之前，使用此技能诊断设置或工作流漂移。

## 触发条件

- 用户报告命令/技能未按预期工作
- 团队希望在自主循环之前进行飞行前健康检查
- 会话有重复的阻塞且根因不明确

## 工作流程

1. 选择诊断范围（`status`、`team` 或 `hooks`）。
2. 检查扩展资产和命令/技能就绪性。
3. 检查 `.oma/state/` 下的状态完整性（如果可用）。
4. 对发现进行分类（`critical`、`major`、`minor`）并列出操作。
5. 推荐安全的下一个命令以继续。
