## 目的

使用此技能通过将重复的工作流信号转换为显式钩子操作来保持长时间会话稳定。

## 触发条件

- 用户要求钩子设置、钩子调整或钩子调试
- 会话有重复的阻塞、上下文漂移或验证循环波动
- 团队在委托/工作轮次中需要更安全的自主操作

## 工作流程

1. 识别活动原生事件和所需的派生信号。
2. 将每个触发器分配到一个执行通道（`P0-safety`、`P1-quality`、`P2-optimization`）。
3. 强制执行确定性顺序、幂等键、去抖动和超时预算。
4. 为工作器/委托会话强制执行团队安全策略。
5. 在高自主循环之前推荐验证（`/oma:hooks-validate`）和试运行（`/oma:hooks-test`）。

## 护栏

- 不要在工作器会话中启用副作用钩子，除非用户明确要求。
- 保持非关键钩子失败开放以避免死锁。
- 当钩子失败是安全关键或重复阻塞进度时升级。
