## 目的

使用此技能控制 oma 运行自主操作的积极程度与要求确认之间的平衡。

## 触发条件

- 用户要求减少确认摩擦
- 自主模式过于保守或过于冒险
- 团队在长时间运行前需要明确的批准策略

## 支持的模式

- `suggest`
- `auto`
- `full-auto`

## 工作流程

1. 识别请求的批准姿态。
2. 解释所选模式的副作用和高风险确认行为。
3. 当文件系统工具可用时，持久化/更新 `.oma/state/approval.json`。
4. 澄清运行时批准标志仍然是主机 CLI 的问题。
