## 目的

使用此技能保持长时间会话内存简洁、可发现和任务感知。

## 触发条件

- 会话很长并出现上下文漂移
- 团队决策分散在聊天历史中
- 敏感文件区域需要新的护栏

## 工作流程

1. 将 `MEMORY.md` 保持为紧凑索引。
2. 将详细信息存储在 `.oma/memory/*.md` 主题文件中。
3. 在带有 frontmatter 的 `.oma/rules/*.md` 中维护规则包。
4. 仅激活匹配的规则（`alwaysApply` 或 `globs` 匹配）。
5. 报告过时条目并提出更新。
