## Goal Determine whether a specified exposure lacks a monetary ceiling. ## Detection cues Locate unlimited liability, without limitation, no cap and liability carve-out wording. ## Review steps 1. Find the general liability limit before interpreting an exception. 2. Identify which claims or duties fall outside that limit. 3. Check consequential damage exclusions, indemnities and insurance requirements. ## Risk signals Flag broad uncapped obligations; an isolated phrase without limitation may modify something other than monetary exposure. ## Required evidence Quote the liability obligation and every relevant cap or carve-out. ## Recommendation rules Recommend a cap or narrower exceptions only for the exposure supported by those quotations. ## Failure and uncertainty Do not infer unlimited exposure from a missing paragraph in an excerpt; request the complete limitation section.
