## Goal Determine who can terminate without proving breach. ## Detection cues Locate termination for convenience, terminate without cause, or at any time wording. ## Review steps 1. Identify the party holding the termination right. 2. Record notice length, delivery requirements and any minimum term. 3. Read exit fees, refunds, committed costs and surviving duties together. ## Risk signals Flag unilateral immediate exit rights or unrecovered committed costs; notice alone does not resolve every exposure. ## Required evidence Quote the no-cause right plus its notice and payment conditions. ## Recommendation rules Recommend balanced notice or cost recovery only when the quoted terms create that exposure. ## Failure and uncertainty Do not treat termination for breach as a convenience right; incomplete notice provisions require an uncertain finding.
