Safely relocate misplaced notes in an Obsidian-style wikilink vault: move a file to the folder it belongs in and rewrite every inbound wikilink so nothing breaks. Use this whenever the user says a note is "in the wrong folder", wants to "move/relocate/reorganize files", asks to "clean up stray files", "put this note where it belongs", or when a maintenance audit surfaced misplaced or duplicated content. Also use to list duplicate-basename clusters (a common stray-content smell). This is the file-moving counterpart to the vault-maintenance skill (which only adds links and never moves files) — reach for it specifically when the fix requires changing a file's location. Moves are confirmed and dry-run-previewed by default; never bulk-move without review.
