Generate a Learning Portal HTML dashboard for a multi-day or multi-module curriculum. The portal aggregates progress, XP, streaks, and achievements across all individual day/module HTML files produced by the one-file-learning skill. Use this whenever the user asks to "create the portal", "build the learning portal", "generate the dashboard for my curriculum", "set up the portal for Day N through Day M", or "update the portal to include the new day". Also trigger when a new one-file-learning day has just been built and the user wants a portal to track progress across all days. The portal connects to day HTMLs through a shared localStorage contract — do not invent your own storage scheme.
