About

Batch-transcribe a DIRECTORY of medical MCQ screenshots into the AMC Question Bank in Notion, one question at a time, preserving the verbatim accuracy of single-image transcription. Use whenever the user points to a folder of MCQ image files — phone photos of Amedex/AMC-style medical exam questions with the Question ID / Title / Category / Options / "Option X is correct" layout — and wants them transcribed in bulk. Trigger on "process this folder of MCQs", "transcribe all images in this directory", "batch transcribe", "do all the MCQs in this folder", "I have multiple MCQ images here", or when the user selects a Cowork folder containing several .jpg/.png screenshots of medical MCQs without further instruction. Do not use for a single uploaded image — use mcq-transcriber directly. This skill handles EXIF-rotated phone photos, groups multi-page questions, checks Notion for duplicates, and auto-extracts clinical photos into an extracted_images subfolder.
