- Transcribe medical MCQ (multiple-choice question) screenshots verbatim into structured markdown and save them to the AMC Question Bank in Notion. Use this skill whenever the user uploads a photo or screenshot of a printed or digital MCQ question — especially AMC, First Aid, or Shahriar-style medical exam questions — and asks to transcribe, capture, save, or add it to the question bank. Also trigger if the user says "add this question", "transcribe this", "save this to Notion", or simply uploads an MCQ image without further instruction. This skill handles a single question from one uploaded image at a time; if the user points to a folder of screenshots or asks to transcribe many or all questions at once, use mcq-batch-transcriber or mcq-folder-transcribe instead. The skill handles questions with embedded clinical images, multi-part explanations, option sets A–F, and references. Always transcribe verbatim: every word must be exactly as written in the source image — do not paraphrase, reword, or summarise.
