- Thin auto-loop ORCHESTRATOR for one-trigger batch transcription of a folder of medical MCQ screenshots (Amedex/AMC exam photos) into the AMC Question Bank in Notion. The user passes only a folder name or path; this skill chains the existing mcq-batch-transcriber (scan, EXIF-rotate, group by Question ID, clinical-image extraction, Notion dedupe) and mcq-transcriber (verbatim per-question transcription + Notion page format). Its only added behaviour is control flow: confirm the page grouping ONCE, then transcribe every question back-to-back WITHOUT pausing between questions, to the end. Use whenever the user wants to batch-transcribe a directory of MCQ photos hands-off, e.g. "transcribe the 2026-06-27 folder", "process the MCQ folder", "run the folder transcribe on this path", or when they just name a dated folder of exam screenshots. For a single uploaded image use mcq-transcriber; for a folder where the user wants to confirm each question use mcq-batch-transcriber. This is the auto-loop variant.
