SKILL.md (first lines)
# Configure engineering workflows Inspect existing repository instructions, tracker configuration, domain documents, and package layout. Preserve user choices, existing labels, and unrelated instruction sections. Setup is needed only when a selected workflow lacks relevant configuration. Reuse a configured tracker. When none is configured, prepare local Markdown tracking by default; choosing a remote service requires the user's target and authorization. Reuse existing triage-label mappings, or use the five canonical roles when triage is needed. Use a single domain context unless the repository demonstrates separate bounded contexts. Ask only about unresolved choices that materially change workflow or ownership. Use supplied preferences and local evidence without an extra confirmation round. Honor an explicit request to review the draft before editing. Read [write-config.md](write-config.md) when writing the configuration. It routes to the matching tracker, label, and domain templates. Update the existing instruction block in place and verify the referenced local documents resolve. Report the files changed and the workflows they enable.
