# Tailwind CSS Guidelines

## When to Apply

When writing or reviewing Tailwind class names or `tailwind.config.ts`.

## Rules

- `tailwind` — Class order (layout → visual → interactive), no `@apply`, mobile-first, `dark:` variant, CSS variable colors

Read the rule file in `rules/` for full detail.
