# Svelte & SvelteKit Guidelines

## When to Apply

When writing or reviewing any `.svelte` file, SvelteKit page, load function, form action, or hook.

## Rules

- `svelte` — Runes (`$state`, `$derived`, `$effect`, `$props`), snippets over slots, `PascalCase.svelte`, `lang="ts"`
- `sveltekit` — File-based routing, server vs universal load, form actions with `use:enhance`, hooks with `event.locals`

Read individual rule files in `rules/` for full detail.
