# Information Architecture Decide which pages exist and what each section is for. Enforce **hero budget** and **one job per section**. ## Process ### 1. Load Read `BRIEF.md`, `BRAND.md`, `docs/agents/design-rules.md`. ### 2. Grill 1. Primary entry page and its success action 2. Must-have pages vs later 3. Nav labels (few) 4. For the tracer page (usually home): section list — each with one job 5. Hero budget check: first viewport contents only **Completion criterion:** sitemap agreed; tracer page sections each have one job; hero budget not violated on paper. ### 3. Write IA.md Use [template.md](./template.md). Mark the **tracer page**. ### 4. Next `/visual-direction` then `/design-system`, or jump to `/page-spec` for the tracer page if direction/tokens already exist.
