# Perf Pass Landing-page performance discipline. Focus on **LCP** and **CLS** risks you can fix in this repo — not a full RUM program. ## Process ### 1. Scope Target the tracer/primary landing unless told otherwise. Note the stack from `docs/agents/stack.md`. ### 2. Inspect Use [checklist.md](./checklist.md). Check the route's HTML/CSS/assets and framework image/font helpers. If Lighthouse/Web Vitals scripts exist, run them as evidence — still file concrete code-level findings. Grade: **blocker** (hero LCP obviously broken: multi‑MB image, blocking font disaster) · **major** · **nit**. ### 3. Report Write `docs/site/qa/<slug>-perf.md`. Finding = asset/route + risk (LCP/CLS/TTFB-ish) + fix, with the measured number when you have one. Prefer one high-leverage fix list over a lecture. **Completion criterion:** checklist complete; top fixes ordered by impact for `/implement-ui`.
