Run the weekly production pipeline (ingest everything, then send both emails) from this agent's directory:

```bash
python scripts/run_pipeline.py --live --send
```

This stages fleet@ mail to `Filed`, ingests, rebuilds the workbooks + HTML, and sends two emails from the `[email].mailbox` address to the recipients list (config `[email].recipients`): the **Vehicle Summary** and **Equipment Summary** for the week (subjects from config `[email].vehicle_subject` / `equipment_subject`).

Sending is automatic once the pipeline passes, so first confirm the pipeline is healthy. If unsure, do a dry pass first — `python scripts/run_pipeline.py --report` (builds the reports locally, sends nothing) — and review the two HTML files on the publish drive (`FLEET_PUBLISH_DIR`). Each email's "Needs attention" is type-specific (vehicle gaps vs equipment gaps). After sending, report the stage table and confirm both emails went.

See `../fleet-pipeline/SKILL.md` for the daily no-send run and `../fleet-health/SKILL.md` to verify credentials before a send.
