Run the full fleet data pipeline from this agent's directory (so `scripts/paths.py` resolves CODE/PUBLISH/ENV and `guard_live` passes):

python scripts/run_pipeline.py --live
```

`--live` moves processed fleet@ mail to the `Filed` folder; it does **not** send any email. After the run:

- Report the PASS/FAIL stage table verbatim.
- Surface anything that needs a human: new items in the review queue on the publish drive (`FLEET_PUBLISH_DIR/_Unclassified/`), and new `ROSTER-GAP` / `REPLY-NOTE` lines on the action log (this agent's `context/open-loops.md`). The "Reconcile open loops" stage auto-closes resolved ROSTER-GAP/UNSAFE loops (logged to `context/closed-loops.md`); REPLY-NOTE/MANUAL/GOMOTIVE still need a human.
- If any stage failed, show its last output line and stop for review — do not paper over a failure. Full per-stage output is in the run's log under `logs/pipeline/`.
