SKILL.md (first lines)

Max-speed mode is now ON for the rest of this session.

The board tool is `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/board.sh`; the protocol below calls it
`board.sh`. Worker agents are `max-speed:impl` (Sonnet, implementation) and
`max-speed:verify` (read-only checks). Mapping uses the built-in `Explore` agent.

Do this now:
1. Run `board.sh init` once and remember the printed run path as the board.
2. Read the protocol and follow it for every task until `/max-speed:off`:

If arguments were given, treat them as the first task: $ARGUMENTS

Reply to the user with one line: the board path, and either "waiting for a task" or the
first phase you are starting.
