SKILL.md (first lines)

Run exactly one command and show its output verbatim in a code block:

```
bash "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/board.sh" model $ARGUMENTS
```

Argument shapes the script accepts:
- nothing: show both tiers and where each value comes from (project, global, default)
- `easy opus` or `hard fable`: set that tier for this project
- `--global easy sonnet`: set the global default instead
- `reset` or `reset --global`: drop overrides

If max-speed mode is on, from the next dispatch use the tiers shown: `easy` for normal
cards, `hard` for cards marked hard and for escalations. Reply with the output and one
line stating which tier future dispatches will use; do not restart anything running.
