Before installing

Max-speed mode is now OFF from this turn on. Stop applying the max-speed protocol:
foreground work is allowed again and there is no obligation to delegate.

Before replying:
1. If any max-speed subagents are still running, say which task ids, and ask whether
   to let them finish or stop them. Do not stop them silently.
2. Run `bash "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/board.sh" report` and include its table.

Reply with the table and one line confirming the mode is off.
