# Doctor Skill (Codex Native)

Run a codex-first health check and return an actionable report.

## Step 1: Core Runtime Checks

```bash
superskills setup --target codex --quiet
superskills skills sync --quiet
superskills codex bridge-status --json
superskills hud --once --json
```

## Step 2: Path Safety Checks

Validate that runtime write paths are Codex-safe:

- `$CODEX_HOME` (default `~/.codex`)
- project `.superskills-codex/`

And verify that Codex runtime is not mutating `~/.superskills-codex/**` during normal operation.

## Step 3: Keyword Route Smoke

```bash
superskills codex route "autopilot: health check" --json
superskills codex route "ultrapilot: health check" --json
superskills codex route "cancel" --json
```

## Report Format

Return:
1. overall status (`healthy` | `degraded` | `failed`)
2. failing command(s)
3. exact remediation command for each failure
4. re-test command block

Keep the report compact and executable.
