# UEFN playtest feedback

Do not turn one playtest into a redesign backlog.

For each iteration, choose the strongest observation and produce:

```text
OBSERVATION
What actually happened.
HYPOTHESIS
One possible reason.
NEXT EXPERIMENT
One small change.
SUCCESS SIGNAL
What the next playtest should reveal.
```

Separate observation from interpretation.

Bad:
“Players hate the door.”

Better:
“Player did not look toward the exit after it opened.”

Then create one small experiment such as stronger audio/visual feedback.

See [references/feedback-loop.md](references/feedback-loop.md).
