# Drive plan update Sources: Sadie CLAUDE.md preamble and AGENTS.md "Drive cadence"; the plan doc itself. Plan of record: Drive `05_HomeBot` → "HomeBot — Current Plan" (doc id 1gaMqUoQ1jfJcLREqKyMAhVBLiEy1oYZEOnOydZxaQWE). Its sections today (2026-10-20): 1 Restore working headroom · 2 Run demanding local jobs one at a time · 3 Complete the smallest honest Leila proof · 4 Prove one full narrated episode · 5 Add cheap review and bounded cost controls · Remaining owner decisions and held work · Archive and retained evidence. 1. Re-read the doc immediately before writing; note its revision id and use it as a write guard if your tool supports it. 2. Edit only the paragraph/row for your item. Update only statuses that changed. 3. Entry shape: `<ITEM-ID> <status> (<date> NZDT): <what was verified>. PR #<n> tested <sha> merged as <sha>. Evidence: <path>. Limits: <…>. Next: <who/what>.` 4. Technical success never equals creative acceptance: only Aden records PASS/FAIL on art, voice, rig or episode quality. 5. Do not transfer others' claims; do not mirror to Notion. 6. Drive unreachable → report it; do not invent a substitute queue. No Drive write access (ChatGPT/DeepSeek, or a draft-only run)? Produce the exact paragraph and where it goes; hand to an agent with access. TODO: confirm whether Aden wants a fixed table format instead of prose paragraphs.
