# Manage PowerPoint Media

Use PowerPoint MCP to add and manage visual elements on slides.

## Elements

- Charts (bar, column, line, pie, and others)
- Tables
- Images
- Shapes and connectors
- Text boxes

## Guidelines

- Use charts and tables to present data instead of long text.
- Choose the right chart type: bar/column for comparisons, line for trends, pie for proportions.
- Prefer relevant, high-quality images that match the slide's purpose.
- Keep elements aligned and well spaced.
- Do not add decorative elements merely to fill space.

## Process

1. Identify the target slide.
2. Select the appropriate element type.
3. Provide the data or media.
4. Position and format the element for readability.
5. Save the presentation.
6. Verify the result.

## Examples

"Add a bar chart of quarterly revenue to slide 3."

"Insert a 3-column table of features on slide 4."

"Add the logo image to the top-right corner of the cover slide."
