# Stripe

Call `list_connectors` first. If Stripe is off, tell the user to Activate it in Workspace Settings → Connect.

## Tools

- `search_stripe_billing` — customers by email or name (`query`).
- `list_stripe_invoices` — invoices. Optional `email` or `customerId`.
- `request_teammate` — `connector: stripe` when a human should take billing.

## Procedure

1. Search the customer before quoting invoice totals.
2. If `list_stripe_invoices` returns `needsCustomer`, ask which customer, then call again with `customerId`.
3. Amounts come from the tool. Do not convert currency unless asked.

## What not to do

- Do not invent balances, invoice numbers, or refund policy.
- Do not charge or refund. This skill is read plus teammate routing only.
