# UI Engineering Doctor

Read-only. Run the bundled inspector first:

```bash
node "${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/scripts/project-inspect.mjs" .
```

Report:

1. frontend target, package manager and whether the current directory is an ambiguous workspace root;
2. existing design-system/token/component sources;
3. shadcn configuration, base/aliases when available, and whether its MCP entry exists;
4. whether the shadcn MCP entry uses the harness-reviewed 4.19.0 command or a different/custom version;
5. Storybook presence/version and whether a fresh Storybook 10 bootstrap would be compatible with the detected target;
6. Playwright Test and axe integration;
7. motion technology already present;
8. relevant build/type/lint/storybook/e2e scripts;
9. obvious parallel component-system conflicts;
10. whether the repo can satisfy substantial-work verification.

Return **Ready**, **Partially ready**, or **Not ready**, then the smallest remediation set. Do not change files and do not require paid services.
