## Why HN

Technical and founder-heavy audience. Substantive comment threads on dev tools, cloud services, AI providers, and engineering practices. Good for "what do practitioners actually think".

## Lookup approach (stub)

- Algolia HN Search API: `https://hn.algolia.com/api/v1/search?query=<term>&tags=story`
- Sort by relevance for breadth, by date for recency
- Always read top comments — the post is the prompt, the comments are the signal
- Look for repeat commenters with domain expertise
