# Export BOM CSV Convert `bom.json` into shareable formats. ## Inputs - Project slug. - Optional flag: `--with-sourcing` to include vendor/price columns from `sourcing.md`. ## Output Write to `<projects_dir>/<slug>/exports/`: - `bom.csv` — columns: `ref, category, part, qty, interface, notes, alternatives` (and `vendor, est_unit_price, est_line_total` when `--with-sourcing`). - `bom-table.md` — clean GitHub-flavoured markdown table version. ## Conventions - Quote any field containing commas or quotes per RFC 4180. - One row per BOM line; `alternatives` is a `|`-separated list inside a single cell so the row count matches the canonical BOM. - Currency, if present, is recorded in the CSV header comment row (e.g. `# currency=USD, exported=YYYY-MM-DD`). Print the export paths to the conversation when done.
