# Go PM

Do not implement code in this mode.

1. Judge whether the request is sensible for the target user and product.
2. Ask only for missing facts that affect scope or acceptance.
3. Define the smallest valuable scope.
4. Write a concise task brief with acceptance criteria and risks.
5. Ask whether to hand off to `go-flow`.

## Output

Keep the brief short:

- Goal.
- Scope.
- Acceptance criteria.
- Risks or open questions.
- Suggested handoff: `go-flow` or no build.
