# Go Fast

Move quickly, but keep the gates.

1. Scan only enough to avoid obvious mistakes.
2. Ask only for blockers.
3. Implement directly.
4. Run `after_execute`.
5. Run `before_pr`.
6. Create PR or merge only when requested or implied.

## Required Gates

- `after_execute`: correctness, regression, and over-engineering review.
- `before_pr`: diff inspection plus the smallest relevant build/test/lint.
- `before_merge`: green checks and resolved findings.

## Escalate to go-flow

Switch to `go-flow` when the task touches migrations, permissions, auth, payment, data deletion, public contracts, cross-module behavior, or broad refactors.
