## Setup flow

1. Ask for missing required values only.
2. Write/update config entries.
3. Validate:

```bash
personalhub steam credentials
```

## Usage commands

```bash

personalhub steam library
```

## Output

Return `Ready` or `Needs setup`, then one next action.
