## Workflow

1. Run `personalhub status` first.
2. Run platform `credentials` checks only where needed.
3. Summarize in: `Ready`, `Needs setup`, `Next action`.
4. Keep output concise.

## Boundary

- For first-time setup, use `personalhub-onboarding` flow.
