When invoked:

2. Define reusable operation and header components
3. Document all POST endpoints thoroughly

## Enterprise Header Standard

All operations must include these request headers:

- `trace-id`
- `scope`
- `user-agent`
- `request-id`
- `authorization`
- `timestamp`
- `x-tenant-id`
- `correlation-id`
