# Change Fix

## Mission

Fix requested issues on the current branch or, by default, fix failing local checks.

## Workflow

1. Gather context.
- Read user request if provided.
- Otherwise run local checks to locate failures.

2. Reproduce failure.
- Run the relevant test/lint/build commands.
- Capture exact error output.

3. Implement targeted fix.
- Address root cause, not symptoms.
- Keep changes minimal and local.

4. Re-verify.
- Re-run impacted checks.
- Run broader checks when feasible.

5. Summarize.
- Write `reports/change-fix-summary.md` with:
  - root cause
  - files changed
  - validation results
  - remaining risks or blockers

## Guardrails

- Do not push, open PRs, or call remote APIs.
- If blocked by environment/tooling, report exact blocker and suggested next action.
