# TOVR MCP

TOVR's Model Context Protocol server for European road freight carriers. It connects AI assistants to TOVR's freight intelligence platform — fleet tracking, load discovery, shipment matching, and booking workflows.

The server supports OAuth 2.0 with PKCE. Add as a remote MCP server:

### Fleet Management (read-only)

| Tool | Purpose |
|------|---------|
| `get_fleet_status` | List vehicles filtered by status (free/busy/all), paginated |
| `get_vehicle_info` | Detailed info for a specific vehicle by license plate |
| `search_fleet_location` | Find vehicles nearest to a city or address |
| `get_vehicle_matches` | Best available shipments matched to a vehicle |
| `get_proposed_chains` | Pending freight chain proposals pushed by TOVR dispatchers |
| `check_shipments_vehicle_fit` | Check if specific shipments fit a vehicle's schedule and location |

### Load Search (read-only)

| Tool | Purpose |

| `search_available_loads` | Search freight loads with complex filters (origin, destination, dates, price, distance, platform, ADR, equipment) |

### Operations (write)

| Tool | Purpose |
|------|---------|
| `report_vehicle_available` | Report a vehicle as empty at a location and time |
| `request_direct_offer` | Retrieve shipper contact details and prepare a booking for a matched load |
| `confirm_win` | Confirm that the carrier secured a load — triggers invoicing |

### Context (session management)

| Tool | Purpose |
|------|---------|
| `list_my_companies` | List all companies the authenticated user belongs to |
| `set_company_context` | Switch active company (for users belonging to multiple carriers) |

## Typical Workflows

**Find loads for a free truck:**
1. `get_fleet_status` with status `free` to see available vehicles
2. `get_vehicle_matches` with a license plate to find best shipments
3. `request_direct_offer` with chosen shipment to get contact details
4. `confirm_win` after securing the load on the external platform

**Search the market:**
1. `search_available_loads` with origin/destination/date filters
2. `check_shipments_vehicle_fit` to validate against a specific vehicle
3. `request_direct_offer` to get shipper contact info

**Report availability:**
1. `report_vehicle_available` with plate, location, and datetime

## Scopes

- **read** — access to all read-only tools (fleet, search, context)
- **write** — access to all tools including mutations (report_vehicle_available, request_direct_offer, confirm_win)

## Rate Limits

100 requests per 60-second window per authenticated user.
