# Debugging and Error Recovery

Loop:

1. Reproduce the failure.
2. Minimize the case.
3. Form one hypothesis.
4. Instrument or inspect evidence.
5. Fix root cause, not symptom.
6. Add regression coverage.
7. Re-run verification.

Do not guess when evidence is available.
