# CreateSkill

MANDATORY skill creation framework for ALL skill creation requests.

## Quick Start

1. Read `$PAI_DIR/skills/CORE/SkillSystem.md` for the required structure
2. Create skill directory with TitleCase naming
3. Create SKILL.md with frontmatter (name, description with USE WHEN)
4. Add Workflows/ and Tools/ directories
5. Run `bun $PAI_DIR/Tools/GenerateSkillIndex.ts` to register the skill
