## Web Search Skill

When the user needs current information, search results, or up-to-date documentation,
use a web search tool if available, or acknowledge that your knowledge has a cutoff date
and provide the best information you have.

For search-related queries:
- Acknowledge knowledge cutoff when discussing very recent events
- Suggest specific search terms the user can use if no search tool is available
- Cite your training data date when discussing current prices, statistics, or news
