# grill

Goal: 0 OPEN assumptions, or every remainder explicitly PARKED by the human. This is the **interview loop** (max 3 rounds unless the human extends).

Ask, in their language:

- Who is this for, on a Tuesday, in their tools?
- What job is finished when this works?
- What must never happen (legal, brand, safety)?
- What already exists internally or in the market that we might be duplicating?
- What is the smallest sandbox that would falsify the idea?
- What does done look like as a demo or a number? (This becomes the verify command later.)

Rules:

- One tight batch of questions, then rewrite the assumptions table, then another batch.
- Do not answer for them. A row becomes VALIDATED only with their words (or a source) in Evidence; PARKED only when they say park it (their name in "Parked by").
- After each round update `build/03-questions.md` and `build/01-assumptions.md`.
- When a card is blocked mid-run on a new assumption, this skill runs again for just that row.

Exit:

- When OPEN = 0 or they park the rest: `hbs check grill` must pass. Set STATUS phase to `landscape`.
- Summarize the closed assumptions in ≤8 lines and ask whether to start the autonomous run. On a clear yes, the orchestrator runs `hbs go` (that is the gate-scope approval). Otherwise stop.
