Export data from agent memory to the user's spreadsheet:

1. Ask which data to sync (or sync all):
   - Leads (from lead-gen agent memory)
   - Outreach log (from outreach agent memory)
   - Pipeline (from pipeline agent memory)
   - Conversations (from responses agent memory)

2. Check agent memory for `sheet-config.json`. If missing, ask the user which spreadsheet platform they use (Google Sheets, Excel Online/OneDrive, or a local Excel file) and get the URL or file path. Save as `sheet-config.json`.

3. For each dataset:
   - Read from the relevant agent's memory directory. For Leads specifically, if `leads-candidates.json` exists in lead-gen memory, run `python3 "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/dedupe-leads.py"` first so duplicates against existing leads/connections never reach the sheet.
   - Write to the appropriate tab using the platform-specific method (see the outreach agent's **Spreadsheet Platforms** section):
     - **Google Sheets:** Apps Script batch write
     - **Excel Online:** Office Scripts or direct browser editing
     - **Excel Local:** Python (`openpyxl`) or Node (`xlsx`/`exceljs`) via Bash

4. Save the config to `~/.claude/agent-memory/pipeline/sheet-config.json` for automatic backup by all agents

5. Confirm: "Synced {n} leads, {m} outreach records, {p} deals to your spreadsheet."
