# Set up GTM Kit

The user must provide the path to `gtm-kit-config.json` exported by the Kasper GTM dashboard.

Run the bundled installer with that path and the persistent plugin-data destination:

```bash
python3 "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/install-config.py" "<user-provided-path>" "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_DATA}/config.json"
```

Do not print or repeat configuration values. On success, tell the user which plan was configured and recommend running `/gtm-kit:help`. If the path is missing, ask the user to export the configuration from the dashboard and invoke this skill again with its path.
