# twinglass-dispatch
**One job:** write the CLI notification. Consume `assertLegalSpawnNote`. Do not walk. Do not collate.

Load `../../CLONE_MECH.md` and `../../WORKFLOW_HOST.md`. Spawn = parent notes + new pad + empty history. Fork (transcript) is not this job.

## Brief (required fields)
1. **persona** — `lattice-walker` unless the charge is a known gutter (`twin-walker`). Referee and rewriter are not walkers.
2. **priors** — LRR lock (consume). Parent term locks. Track tags. Do not rewrite the laws.
3. **vector / coordinate map** — event-plane, G-definition, energy form, path form, units, tags. Born with the parent chart unless the other-track quote names a different plane.
4. **charge** — isolated. No sibling pad. No scout-list dump.
5. **CLI** — `workflow.agent()` · `subagent_type: explore` · `capability_mode: read-only` · isolation `new-context`.

## Gates (same as engine)
Spawn only when **both** are quoted: `improperEvidence` AND `otherTrackEvidence`.
Refuse: missing either; live-lane synonym; assigned antithesis. `cannotFollow` alone is not a spawn. `SENS` +1; stop > 10. Parent keeps walking.

## Do not
- Clone the parent transcript.
- Own debate or synthesis (`collate-hourglass`).
- Hunt sessions. Mint Ω. Load twin on a lattice charge.
Grok.com: n/a (CLI notification). CLI: this folder.
