# /evaluasi — Evaluasi Loker Lengkap

Jalankan **Mode 1 (Evaluasi Loker)** dari skill `career-ops` dengan rubrik lengkap A-F.

## File Sebelum Evaluasi

Wajib baca `workspace/career-ops/cv.md` dan `profile.yml` sebelum menilai.
Jika file belum ada (sesi pertama), buat dari data the user yang tersedia:
- Nama, Your University GPA 3.90, pengalaman Current Company/AI Automation
- Preferensi remote, junior-to-mid, rentang gaji Rp7-20jt
- Gunakan placeholder untuk data yang belum ada dan catat ke user

## Input

Input bisa berupa:
- **URL** loker → fetch halamannya
- **Teks** deskripsi loker → pakai langsung
- **Gambar/poster** → gunakan `vision_analyze` untuk membacanya lebih dulu. **Fallback:** jika model tidak punya vision support, gunakan tesseract OCR (lihat `references/gambar-ocr-fallback.md` di skill `career-ops`)

## Rubrik

Simpan laporan ke `workspace/career-ops/reports/` dan tambahkan ke tracker.

Di Telegram tampilkan ringkasnya saja (perusahaan, posisi, skor, kuat, gap, rekomendasi), lalu tawarkan langkah berikut: buat CV atau draft email.
