Load ../refero-design/SKILL.md as the research method: brief, reference lock, decision ledger, post-build comparison. Precedence: Heart & Soul doctrine, the Synthia UDEC 8.5 gate and the gauntlet verdict outrank any rule in the vendored skill, including its claim to be the primary design authority. Refero MCP tools are not configured. Use bundled references and user/project references. Do not sign up or connect Refero. Screen reference datasets (for Blueprint/Council when a named visual reference is needed): - RICO (interactionmining.org/rico, University of Illinois): 72K real Android UI screens. EXTERNAL REFERENCE ONLY - do not vendor or redistribute. Terms: research agreement, no warranty, user indemnifies the Rico team/UIUC, screenshots may contain third-party copyrighted app content. Point agents at the source; never copy screens into the repo or any shipped artifact. - Enrico (github.com/luileito/enrico): 1,460 curated/annotated UIs sampled from RICO, 20 design topics. The Enrico annotation metadata is MIT-licensed. The underlying screens remain RICO content under RICO terms - same no-vendoring rule for images.
