# odoo-wt up

Host port is pinned (`127.0.0.1:18070+`, first free) until `odoo-wt down`. Lookup: `odoo-wt ports` or `~/.odoo-wt/ports.txt`. Reserved canonical ports stay refused.

## Preconditions

- `odoo-wt` on PATH (`./install.sh` from erpipe-org/odoo-worktree).
- `odoo-wt.toml` in the addons repo.
- Seed loaded once: `odoo-wt seed --sql <dump.sql> --filestore <dir>` when `[seed].require_filestore` (Bestmix).
- CWD is a **linked git worktree**, not the primary checkout.

## After up

- Give the user `odoo-wt url` (`http://odoo-wt-<id>.localhost:<port>`).
- Cap is usually 2. If refused, `odoo-wt status` then `odoo-wt down` elsewhere, or `odoo-wt gc`.

## Failures

| no odoo-wt.toml | `odoo-wt init` then edit image/guard |
| seed database missing | load `odoo-wt-seed` |
| seed-filestore missing or empty | `odoo-wt seed --filestore <dir>` |
| refusing primary checkout | `git worktree add` then run from that path |
| cap reached | down an idle runtime |
| reserved port | fix `odoo-wt.toml` `[guard]` / `host_port` |
