- Preserve and retrieve reusable context in a Markdown knowledge base. Use when the user says "sync to KB", "capture this" in a KB context, asks to process, clear, clean up, or sweep the KB inbox, or asks to create or update a "managed artifact". Also use for explicit KB searches and proactively when a question depends on earlier discussions, recurring problems, or missing organization- or project-specific context that prior records may contain. Retrieve selectively; write only on request. Generic document creation is not KB persistence, and this skill does not maintain project docs or active task state.
