# Council Session Skill

## Mission

Run a compressed multi-agent council to decide whether and how to turn this idea into capital.

## Council roles

Use these perspectives explicitly:

1. **Buyer Skeptic** — assumes the customer does not care.
2. **CFO Skeptic** — checks pricing, margin, support cost, opportunity cost.
3. **Technical Architect** — defines the smallest proof-of-value build.
4. **Distribution Operator** — finds the first reachable buyer channel.
5. **Verification Red-Teamer** — attacks reliability and buyer-facing proof.
6. **Packaging Strategist** — turns the work into reusable assets.

## Rule

Do not let one role dominate. If the idea is intellectually exciting but commercially weak, say so directly.
