How to build a free, migration-only AI agent that takes ANY export from a customer's old system (clean CSV, messy spreadsheet, pasted blob, PDF, screenshot) and brings it into the app correctly. It sits ON TOP of a deterministic import engine and never replaces it. Covers the mapping funnel (vendor fingerprint -> deterministic match -> AI fill -> value translation -> completeness check), AI entity-type detection, normalizing unstructured files, the propose -> confirm -> run-under-the-user's-permissions flow, the guided concierge conversation (checklist, dependency order, easiest path to the data), self-heal and rollback, restructure plus deterministic self-verification, the pre-import data-quality scan, software-first context and per-vertical playbooks, the entity catalog with a build-time drift guard, free/platform-absorbed billing with an abuse cap, and the landmines (silent column drops, lost historical dates, lenient-mode inserts, colliding generated ids).
